1. Who we are
NexusWorks ("Nexus Works") is a phone-application studio. This policy covers the nexusworks.dev website. Our individual apps have their own privacy policies, linked from each app's page — the short version for all of them: our apps collect no data.
2. What this site collects
The only place this website collects personal information is the contact form. When you send a message we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you provide, along with your IP address. We store the submission in our database, and a copy is emailed to us so we can reply. The IP address is used solely for abuse prevention (rate limiting).
3. What we do with it
We use your submission to answer you. That's all. We do not sell, share, or use your information for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list. Submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable business-records period afterward. You may request deletion of your submission at any time via the contact form.
4. Cookies
The contact page sets one session cookie, used only to verify the CAPTCHA and protect the form from bots. It expires when you close your browser. This site uses no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies of any kind.
5. Third parties
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers; we receive no data from this. There are no other third-party services, embeds, or trackers on this site. Links to the App Store and to our apps' own websites are governed by those sites' policies.
6. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and form submissions are protected by CAPTCHA, rate limiting, and input sanitization. Database credentials are stored outside the web root.
7. Changes and contact
