NexusWorks is a mobile app development studio: we design, build, and maintain apps for iOS and Android, and we take commissioned app work from clients worldwide. Six works of the studio's own are shipping on the App Store — navigation, fitness, and monitoring instruments, every one private by design, with data kept on the device.
NexusWorks was established by a team of passionate mobile app developers and designers with a simple conviction: good software is machined, not manufactured. Every application that leaves this bench is drawn out first — its screens, its mechanisms, what it must do and what it must refuse to do — then built with the same care a clockmaker gives an escapement.
The name says it plainly. Nexus is the hub: this studio sits at the center of a small constellation of apps, each with its own site and its own purpose. Works is the workshop — as in clockworks, as in skunkworks. We combine technical expertise with creative design thinking to build works of our own, and we take commissions to build them for others.
We believe in long-term partnerships, in quality over haste, and in software that respects the person holding it — which is why our works are ad-free, private by design, and quiet about their cleverness.
